This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled when you use the Capsule Watchface for Wear OS.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. The Capsule Watchface is designed to process all information locally on your device. We do not have servers to receive, store, or transmit your personal information.

2. PERMISSIONS AND DATA USAGE

To provide its core functionality, this watch face requires access to certain system permissions. These may include:

• Sensor Data (Heart Rate): To display your current pulse on the watch face.
• Complications Data (Calendar, Weather, Battery): To display relevant information directly on the screen.
• Health Data: To show step counts or activity progress.

This data is only accessed in real-time to be displayed on the watch face. It is never uploaded to any external server or shared with third parties.

3. DATA RETENTION

We do not retain any user data. Since all data processing occurs locally and in real-time on your Wear OS device, there is no storage of your personal information. Data accessed through system permissions is discarded immediately after being displayed or when the watch face is closed.

4. DATA DELETION

Because we do not collect or store any data on our servers, there is no personal information to delete from our side.

• Revoking Access: You can manage or revoke the permissions granted to the watch face at any time via the “App Info” or “Permissions” section in your watch settings.
• Uninstallation: Uninstalling the watch face from your device will immediately stop all data access and clear any temporary local cache used for the display.

5. CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page.
